Tom holds a degree in law and is a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. He has been with the firm for 14 years.
Tom specialises in landlord and tenant law dealing with problems arising in the landlord and tenant relationship. Often proceedings in the County Court are necessary and Tom regularly deals with this aspect. The firm acts for a number of property management companies and individual landlords. Tom also deals with leasehold legal matters such as extention of lease terms.
Tom also prepares Wills and deals with the administration of deceased's estates in probate cases.
